One of the beautiful things about Real Estate is the fact that you can touch it, live in it, rent it out, and show it off to your friends and family! One thing that you can do with Real Estate that you can not do with other investments is INSURE IT! Whether it burns down, blows away, gets flooded, or just simply falls down for some reason, you can recover your money because insurance will pay you for it. There is almost no other investment vehicle out there that you can easily insure against loosing your money!
The reality of Real Estate is that the market changes. Sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. No matter what market you are in, the best thing about Real Estate is that you can make money in any market. When it is a buyers market you Buy, Buy, Buy! When it is a sellers market you Sell, Sell, Sell! But no matter what type of market you are currently in, you can always rent your home and cover the payments.

I have been investing in Real Estate since 2001 and have seen things go up and then go back down. The market has provided me with many opportunities and I have made a good deal of money. I have bought homes to flip, rent, and live in. The thing I like to do most is to rent my houses and help other people try to get to where they can buy their own house. That is when I purchase a house and sell them their next home!
Alot of you out there are probably saying, "That would never work for me!" All I can say is YOU'RE WRONG!

I have followed some of the best minds in Real Estate and learned from them as I was investing. One of the best and most successful ways to learn how to do something new is to learn from people who have done what you want to do. Think about it. When you start a new job, do they tell you how to do your job and then send you out to figure things out for yourself? No! They put you through classes, have you work with people who have a lot of experience, and you learn by doing.
I have put together this site so that you have a single place to research, find, and join a Real Estate Investor who has "been there and done that". There are many of them out there and they have made millions of dollars doing what they do best. Some teach Short Sales, others teach Rent-to-Own/Lease Purchase, and others teach you how to buy and sell notes. There are literally hundreds of ways to make money in Real Estate and there are many people out there who are willing to teach you how they have done it.
When I first began looking to learn how to invest in Real Estate, I was skeptical like I am sure you are. That just proves that you are a responsible person and that you have what it takes to invest in Real Estate. I suggest that you continue to be skeptical, but at the same time keep an open mind and research all of the different options that are out there.
When you click on the products link on this site, you will be taken to a page that has various people who will teach you how to invest in Real Esate in different ways. I suggest that you take the time to look at all of them and decide what is right for you. Obviously, these people are not going to tell you all of their secerts for free. Be honest with yourself. Do you know anyone who teaches you anything for free? Even public school teachers get paid to teach you the skills you will need to become a productive citizen. The question is whether you want to continue just being a productive citizen or whether you want to become a citizen who can better not only your own life, but also the lives of people around you. That is what Real Estate can do for you!
